Our approach is based on an analytical-data-based approach in which we compile and evaluate relevant data of our clients from a variety of data sources.

For this we use the existing data from the clinics (such as §21 data, referring physician data, InEK cost data or equivalent data) and various external sources (including InEK, Federal Statistical Office, quality reports from competitors).

In coordination with the client, we involve the service providers from the clinical areas in the analyzes in the context of expert interviews and workshops, jointly develop a target concept and implement this in their everyday clinical work.
